           We know that the needs of all people in the world is food, The  source from which  plants get food are sand, wind, and water,  but animals depend upon plant and plant eating small animals, where as human beings depend upon cultivated plants and some domestic animals. Food habits of human beings vary according to their believes and cultures. 

           Based on food what we eat, will provide nutrition and energy to work. Only energy providing foods is not sufficient, we also need food which is rich in vitamins and minerals. This type of food helps to prevent many diseases and improves our immune power. A balanced diet is rich in protein, fat, Vitamins and minerals which is essential in our day to day life.

      An individual has to eat 125 grams of green, 75 grams of vegetables daily. Rice and Dhal is rich in carbohydrates and protein. We can see many people with the deficiency of vitamins around us, mainly children and pregnant woman. We are in a situation to increase the production of green to get rid of vitamin deficiencies.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar:-
      Apple cider vinegar works very well for removing skin tags and the good news is that you can buy it in a grocery store for fairly cheap. Just like tea tree oil, you simply dab some of it on a q-tip or cotton ball and apply it directly to the skin tag. Unlike the tea tree oil, Apple Cider vinegar may cause a stinging sensation for a couple minutes after being applied. Typical time until the skin tag vanishes?....2-4 weeks.

      Snoring comes by obstruction to the respiratory system or airway passages, air should flow easily in and out. When it gets restricted by some reasons, expiratory air comes out with some kind of harsh sound; there are some reasons which cause snoring.

                There are many definitions for Resistance from Wikipedia,the common definition is " the act or instance of resisting", in a medical term "the capacity to withstand something, especially the body's capacity to withstand disease"I am saying that life is resistance, unless you are a baby you need to have some resistance, Resistance pulls you toward success.
            Most of the succeeded people are passed through the endless resistance in life before their success, success wont come by biggest dream alone, needs some resistance to move it toward the result of potential side, Resistance insists you to move toward the opposite side, which makes you stronger than before ever,  "the more resistance the more potential you be".

       "Walking is the best exercise" we all heard this, i have the "lots of proof to beat century" by walking itself. "My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was sixty. She's eighty-seven now we don't know where the heck she is". this is actually not mine this quote said by -Ellen Degeneres.

        Walking as several health benefits compare to other exercises, it helps in weight loss and weight management, prevent breast cancer, diabetes and many more benefits, mainly cardiac system gets better life and healthy hearts it makes, walking creates a link to your soul with your body, when you can feel what your body says you to do.

            We all heard that papaya causes more heat to our body, but in most of the summer only papaya is available, is it good or bad to eat in summer, its good and will never make any kind of health issues to our body in summer or winter, when people starts to eat papaya never stops since papaya will never make hesitation, but "too much of anything is bad" papaya causes more heat, even in summer makes more complication if not taken controlled, leads to diarrhea, etc..
